I can give the key to the nuke to Crapkus, but i cannot get rid of the Wind Turbine Codes as telling Captain Avery about them does not result in her taking them from you and destroying them. if you then recover all of them you are left with "Cleansing the Land" and no way to clear it with out wiping out Far Harbor at a minimum. Instead of then failing the recover DiMAs memory fragments quest, it says in your quest log. In the current order if you do like i did (then had to reload a save), recover Captain Avery murder then immediately go confront DiMA have him turn himself in, which results in his death. it would seem like it should be Captain Avery's murder, being DiMA's most guarded secret. For example it never has made any since to me that the most complex puzzle to solve is the last one it all it is protecting is Marine Armour which you can by from Kane the weapons vendor with the Children of Atom.

Also, IMHO the order that you recover the memory fragments is incorrect as well, as this can leave you with either uncompleted quest depending on how you roll play. I believe the quest as they stand in the DLC are bugged and incomplete. Leaving no factions alive and still getting all the achievements.

Then wipe out Far Harbor by turning off the wind turbines, destroy the children of Atom by blowing up the nuke, and wipe out Arcadia with the BOS or Institute. Complete DiMA's quest get all the achievements and special amour, etc. SPOILERS: You realize it is possible as i did it as a test.
